What we collect

When you send us the contact form, we get your name, your phone number or email, your suburb, the type of work and what you tell us about the job.

Why we collect it

We use it to get back to you, to quote and to do the job. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the services named on this page.

How the form reaches us

The form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that passes it on to our email. We keep your enquiry in our email for as long as we need it for the job and our records.

Google and Meta

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at.

We use the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel (Meta runs Facebook and Instagram) to measure our advertising, for example when someone who saw or clicked one of our ads goes on to call us or send an enquiry, and to show our ads to people who have visited this website.

Calls from our ads may go through a call tracking number that forwards to us, so we can see which ads bring calls.

These tools set cookies in your browser and send Google and Meta details such as the pages you visit, your browser and device, and roughly where you are.

When you send the form, the Google Ads tag may also send Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, so Google can match your enquiry to an ad you saw. Nothing else you type in the form is sent to Google or Meta.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and this website still works without them. Google explains how it uses information from websites like ours at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can change the ads you see from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Seeing or correcting your details

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it. Call us on 021 872 822.
